the problem
All American’s previous vendors failed to safely work around elderly residents and visitors as they performed their weekly property visits.
In the summer, mowers, blowers, and weed whackers were continuously run as the elderly folks walked by. In the winter, 3” to 5” of snow was left between the road and sidewalk at the main entrance, preventing ambulances and emergency personnel from getting in and out easily.

the solution
The team at Landscape America took all of these issues into consideration while coming up with a landscape management plan.
We started with strategically training our team members on the impact zone of equipment and giving them weekly reminders. These notes are also in our system for this client, so it pops up every time the crew arrives on-site and clocks into the job.
Our new snow management plan for All-American emphasizes access to the front entrance and handicapped ramps.

Since becoming a client of ours, the executive director at All American couldn’t be happier. We’ve been referred to another assisted living community under their parent company.
