The Truck Driver is responsible for delivering machines and materials to worksites in a timely manner while maintaining all safety and DOT requirements.
Must be able to drive a Class B vehicle with a trailer in tow. To keep our install crews on-site, Truck Drivers should be highly organized, efficient and prompt in service to crews as demands and request compile during the busy landscape season. Equipment operation experience is necessary.

Irrigation Technicians are responsible for the design and installation of irrigation systems.
They also perform preventative maintenance on systems, checking them for proper operation and quickly locating and repairing broken pipes or irrigation heads to reduce water loss. Other tasks include adjusting, resetting, repairing or replacing irrigation controllers and valves as well as programming, monitoring and adjusting computer-controlled irrigation systems. Basic knowledge of irrigation system operation and the electrical repairs required is an asset.

Their main responsibility is overseeing the landscape construction team that is assigned to them, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in proper technical, ethical, and timely fashion. Tasks include preparing job sites, operating equipment, installing hardscaping, planting, laying sod and transporting materials on and off site. Foremen are a critical part of all of our landscape projects, and must be able to coordinate workflow on site while communicating production goals with crew members. When successful, Foremen are important team leaders that supervise with ease and empower their crews to keep their work up to company standards.

The Production Manager schedules all projects after they are sold and deposits have been collected.
From there, they allocate the correct labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for the job, review the project with the Salesperson and Foreman, and help manage the project as it happens. Certain materials that need to be preordered for the project are ordered in advance by the Production Manager. Production Managers are also responsible for the hiring and retention of the Design-Build team members.

The Design/Build Salesperson handles all of the sales for landscape construction projects.
They start by qualifying all leads, ensuring they align and fit with our company. From there, they meet the client on their property to discuss the project, prepare a proposal for the work and then sell the work. After selling the job, the Salesperson assists the client with choosing materials and then hands off the project to the production team. The Salesperson is the main point of contact with the client throughout the entire project and any changes or additions to the project are filtered through them to the production team. The Salesperson also makes sure the payments for the project are recieved in a timely manner.

They are responsible for selling new maintenance accounts, renewing existing maintenance accounts annually, and assisting the clients in pinpointing any other improvements they would like at their property that is outside of the maintenance contract. This person meets with clients on their property to properly estimate what the client is looking to have done and to establish realistic expectations. They must take a proactive approach to plant and lawn healthcare, giving clients suggestions on how to improve the appearance of their property. Some estimating and accounts management is necessary.
