Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuously amazing our customers with strong communication

  • Direct communication with customer — you’re the client advocate within the company
  • Quality control – follow up on work sold to make sure it’s done to client’s expectations
  • Send proposals in a timely manner
  • Return all phone calls and emails within the same day (5 and 10 rule)
  • Utilize and live by Core Values

Providing resources for customers and building trust and rapport

  • Deliver on promises
  • Create a schedule to scout each property monthly, being the clients’ eyes on the ground
  • Make suggestions regularly to enhance the client’s properties, keeping them engaged
  • Recommend other service providers within our network when needed
  • Find partners to help with services we don’t offer to work with us as a subcontractor

Increasing sales for Commercial Maintenance and Snow

  • Focus on growth
  • Track sales leads, estimates and closing rate for new clients
  • Track renewal rate, enhancement sales, and E to M ratio
  • Qualify leads and customers to fit our company
  • Constant flow of work for crews
  • Estimate jobs profitably
  • Learn Aspire and utilize CRM efficiently

Ensuring a proper hand-off for sold work from sales to production

  • Make sure all sold work is entered in software system correctly
  • All enhancement jobs must have proper job packets in order to get scheduled
  • Communicate with clients on scheduling and when work is completed
  • Review invoices and collect money as needed

Work hard as a team, to win

  • Be a thought partner for Doug J and Travis, stay focused and grow with them
  • Match the effort and dedication of the commercial team
  • Be positive and helpful, day in and day out
  • Always promote safety and professionalism
  • Dress appropriately, wearing collared shirts, and company logo’d attire as its available
  • Prepare and present yearly budget to team for approval

Success Measures:

  • Maintain a renewal rate of at least 85% for landscape maintenance, and 80% for snow
  • Meet Enhancement Sales goals each season (normally 25% +/- of total maint sales)
  • Contribute in a positive way to the company culture
  • Meet snow sales goals

Compensation Package:

  • Company phone
