Role Description

The purpose of this job is to help the company grow and make a profit by keeping fleet and equipment maintained and working, shop efficiency and organization, reduce downtime for trucks and equipment and customer satisfaction and company image.

Role Responsibilities

  • Keep fleet and equipment maintained and working by repairing equipment in a timely manner. 

  • Shop efficiency and organization by ordering parts and keeping inventory. 

  • Keep maintenance records. 

  • Reduce downtime for trucks and equipment by servicing equipment per manual specs. 

  • Make sure trucks and equipment are being cleaned daily. 

  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 

  • Utilize ASPIRE Crew Mobile App for time tracking. 

  • Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with employees and customers. 

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ year experience

  • Learn and follow Fleet Manager, safety guidelines, and company procedures

  • Work well with multiple crews daily

  • Reliable and have a positive attitude

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card 

  • E-Verify 

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions 

  • Reliable transportation 

  • Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours a day 

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs 

  • Available to work snow (90% of snow events) 

  • Positive attitude & Team player 

Salary & Benefits

  • Wage is based on experience: Starting at $22 per hour 

  • 7 paid holidays
