the problem
This company is one of the top construction firms in the country. The inside of their headquarters is extremely unique, well-designed and built to last forever. The owners needed their landscaping to reflect how detailed they are in every aspect of their profession.
Unfortunately for them, the previous landscaping company didn’t have the horticultural knowledge to make suggestions. Landscape America began by having discussions with their facilities management team. Two major issues included turf growing differently in certain areas and diseased lawns.

the solution
Luckily for us, the facilities manager views the relationship as a partnership. He believes he is on our team and vice versa. Landscape America’s fertilizer and irrigation technicians put together a plan that included a lawn renovation and an irrigation system overhaul.
Each week, our crew would take photos and relay information about certain parts of the lawn that were struggling or doing well. Then our technicians would analyze and adjust their plan accordingly.
the outcome
We’re entering our third season working together, and they couldn’t be happier with the results. The biggest change for the facilities manager is that he now has more time to visit the company’s four other locations in Maine, New York, Connecticut, and Washington D.C. rather than babysitting the landscaping vendor in Milford.
