From there, we schedule a 20-minute site visit where our Account Manager will walk around your property with you. We aim to get as much information as we can regarding your specific needs to make our quote as accurate as possible.
Once we have all the information we need, we promise to deliver from RFP to estimate in just five days!

We dedicate an Account Manager to each of our commercial properties. Our clients work hand in hand with their designated Account Manager for the duration of their contract. We aim to make the working relationship between our accounts and Account Managers as personal as we can. Our Account Managers make a point of visiting all properties once a month to assess our work and walk the property with you. This way, we can stay on top of your needs and make sure we are doing the best job possible.
