The holiday season always leaves us reflecting on what we are grateful for. As a business owner, I have many things to be thankful for this holiday season. We are extremely grateful for the relationships we have built with our clients and their dedication and support over the last few years. Most importantly, I couldn’t be more thankful for the team we have built here at Landscape America. This team has worked extremely hard over the last few years and has developed into a team that I am extremely proud of.

Since sharpening our core values in 2019, we have worked toward our mission to cultivate a culture of excellence by challenging ourselves to do our very best work every day in service of our clients. We can’t complete this mission every day unless everyone who works here believes in it. And we do. We hire people who deeply understand this mission. We are fortunate to have built our team with individuals who are passionate and dedicated to our core values.

As leaders, my brother Andy and I strive to make Landscape America more than just a place where our employees go to work and back home at the end of the day. We have tried our best to make it a family and a lifestyle where we all come together with passion and expertise to achieve the same goal: to serve our client's desires for beautiful outdoor spaces.
Landscape America’s Core Values
This year we implemented nominating a Core Values Champion (CVC) every month in lieu of an Employee of the Month. The CVC is nominated by our staff through a company-wide vote where our team selects an individual that has best exemplified our core values for the month. We work hard to maintain our core values and thought selecting a person within our company who represents them would be a good way to not only recognize the work our staff is doing, but also keep our core values at the forefront of our team members’ minds.
